Rescue News : Corso forever homes wanted!

Do you have what it takes to give a Corso who has found themselves homeless a new start?

The FOCC and BCCS are looking for new owners who are desperate for a Corso in their lives, but would prefer not to go through the process of training a puppy, or find the initial purchase price inhibiting (please remember here that Corsos can be expensive to maintain too and vets bills should be part of your financial decision).

Here at the FOCC we are currently experiencing a very high number of Cane Corso's that have come into the rescue system and who are now desperately looking for either foster-care places or loving forever homes.

As you know we have now officially launched the British Cane Corso Society website and are riding high on the success of the carting day held at Wix equestrian centre on Sunday 26 April 2009. It is now time to capitalize on that success and begin to generate real numbers in terms of membership.

With well over a hundred people in attendance, Sunday's Corso Carting event was the highlight of the British Cane Corso calendar. An a amazing event, with something for everyone, it has cemented the BCCS as THE organisation in Britain for this amazing breed. Show results inside!

Rescue News : Foster/Forever Homes desperatley needed

There are three amazing dogs waiting for foster/forever homes due to owners change in circumstances:

The first is a 4 year old black brindle boy, well bred and has a great temperament.

The second is a 3 year old back male - adored by his owner who is just looking for a foster.

The third is a young blue girl, who has just been returned to a fellow Corso passionate, we would like to find her a foster home.
